1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.bellavistasunclub.com and the accommodation services provided under the name Bella Vista Sun Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Property", "we", "us", or "our").

By making a reservation, the guest ("you") confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made:

  • via Booking.com, or

  • directly with the owner by phone or via the contact form on this website.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are stated in Euros (EUR).

  • A deposit of approximately 20% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the booking.

  • The deposit is payable by bank transfer.

  • The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Any bank fees related to transfers are the responsibility of the guest.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 3 weeks (21 days) before the scheduled arrival date.

  • In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from a time agreed in advance with the owner

  • Check-out: by a time agreed in advance with the owner

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability.

6. House Rules

  • The property is intended for short-term holiday accommodation only.

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition.

  • Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately and may be charged.

  • Smoking and pets are only allowed if explicitly agreed in advance.

  • Quiet hours must be respected according to local regulations.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • loss or damage of personal belongings,
  • injuries occurring during the stay unless caused by gross negligence,
  • disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. power outages, weather conditions, force majeure).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
